Who you're writing to
Word Soup is a solo project built and maintained by me, Steve, a retired aerospace engineer and lifelong word game enthusiast. There is no support team, no ticket queue, and no automated replies. When you send a message, I read it myself and reply as soon as I can, usually within a day or two, though weekends can take a little longer. Also, I do not keep email unless, for some reason, you want me to. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Word or feature suggestions
If you think a word should be in the dictionary, or you have an idea for a new tool or filter, I genuinely want to hear it. Several improvements to Word Soup have come from suggestions by friends and users. One friend suggested a Spanish word list, so I added it. You'll find it on the Word Unscrambler page.
Bug reports
I do my best to ensure that everything works well and runs smoothly on this site. I am not perfect, so, If a word is missing, a result looks wrong, or something on the site is broken, please report it to me. Include the letters you entered and the word you expected to see — that makes it much easier to investigate. I use my own site, so I also want it to work properly.
General feedback
Any thoughts on the design, the tools, or the blog articles are always welcome. Word Soup is built for word game players, and feedback from real players is the most useful input there is.
Blog and content questions
If you have a question about something in one of the articles, or you'd like to see a topic covered that isn't there yet, send me a message. I write much of the content myself, and since I'm not proficient in web coding, I use AI tools to help with the site and with drafting. If you'd like me to go deeper on any subject, please contact me.
